Providing I can help we would then arrange a mutually beneficial time and date for our sessions.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and regular, weekly attendance is recommended for therapy to succeed.
This will usually take around 15 to 30 minutes and can be done by telephone or Zoom.
Regular therapy sessions after the initial meeting last 50 minutes and currently take place remotely for those who would prefer, or face to face with precautions in place to protect against COVID-19.
