The first step is to arrange a brief telephone conversation to see whether I can help with your particular issues.
The call lasts up to 30 minutes and is a chance for us both to see whether we feel we could work well together.
If we agree to go ahead with ongoing sessions each one will last 50 minutes and regular, weekly attendance is recommended for the therapy to succeed.
This will take up to 30 minutes and is done by telephone.
Regular therapy sessions after the initial meeting last 50 minutes and take place in person, remotely via video conferencing or by telephone.
