Some people prefer to attend short term more focused counselling for just a few weeks, whilst others want longer term, open-ended, therapy to explore more fundamental or deeper issues they are struggling to cope with.
By providing a safe, confidential space within which we can develop a therapeutic relationship I can help you to feel comfortable enough to start to explore some of the difficult thoughts and feelings you are carrying with you.
These may be making you feel stuck and unable to move forwards with your life, or even so low that you feel life as it is now is unbearable.
Or perhaps you don't even know how it is you are feeling but you know that your relationships, career or self esteem are not how you want them to be.
